Our Story

A pioneer in the re-birthed sprouted grains arena, the To Your Health Sprouted Flour Co. began as the personal endeavor of our founder and operator, Peggy Sutton. Her goal was to prepare foods as her ancestors did for maximum nutrition and enjoyment.

What began in her kitchen in 2006 with some wheat berries and mason jars has sprouted into a 48,000 square feet facility today. Peggy has always been a strong proponent for keeping a nutritious diet to support good health, so while we're sprouting our grains, seeds, legumes, and nuts in a controlled environment with specially designed equipment today, we have never wavered from the process that ensures truly sprouted products for our customers. Mission Statement

We are committed to the provision of healthy, nutritious, easily digestible, sprouted grains, legumes, seeds, and nuts. Our products are organic, sustainable, non-GMO, regulated, and are certified SQF Level II by AIB. They are tested and proven to contain all the benefits of properly prepared grains for consumption by sprouting. We continuously strive to educate our customers on the important role that sprouted grains play in a balanced, nutrient-dense diet.
